Returns Window

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
