 Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays a role in many of the pathways, enzymes, hormones, and neurotransmitters involved in mood regulation, and is a mineral that many of us are deficient in. Magnesium Threonate is a specific form of the mineral that is able to cross the blood-brain-barrier, helping increase magnesium levels in the brain, further aiding cognition, memory and brain health.

 Directions:

Please take 1 capsule every third day in the morning, or as instructed.
