Nuts and seeds have a layer of phytic acid that surrounds them and this is to prevent them sprouting at any given moment, however this acid also prevents us from absorbing the beneficial nutrients of the nuts/seeds. When they are soaked for a few hours the phytic acid is released. The nuts/seeds in my muesli have been soaked and then dehydrated for optimum nutritional value.

Ingredients – Oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, walnuts and almonds.
I have added organic adaptogenic herbs, which are like tonics for the various body systems and can be consumed daily. In this muesli you will find –
